Deep fried Rice cakes. I tasted this on the high recommendation by my hubby at a restaurant and immediately got hooked to it. It is crispy and delicious and a perfect way to finish off left over unwanted Idlis/Rice cakes.

Raw Tomato and Onion side dish
Time Required: 20 Minutes
Ingredients:
250gms Raw Tomatoes
2 Onions
1tsp Chili Powder
1tbsp Oil
½ tsp Mustard Seeds
Few Curry leaves
A pinch of Turmeric powder
½ tsp Sugar
¼ Cup Fresh Coconut, Grated

A mild curry prepared using Karnataka winter flat beans!
Time Required: 30 Minutes
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
2 Cups Avarekayi
1tbsp fresh Coconut, Grated
Juice of 1 Lemon
2 Chilies
Few pieces of Ginger
Few Curry Leaves
1tbsp Oil
1tsp Mustard Seeds
1tsp Jeera/Cumin Seeds
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
1tbsp Coriander leaves
