Deep fried Rice cakes. I tasted this on the high recommendation by my hubby at a restaurant and immediately got hooked to it. It is crispy and delicious and a perfect way to finish off left over unwanted Idlis/Rice cakes.

Oil for deep-frying
Cut each Idli into 4 – 5 long pieces.
Heat Oil and deep fry till golden brown.
Serve hot with Mint Chutney and Tomato Ketchup.
