Yellu Hasimenasinakayi Chutney is a chutney prepared using Sesame Seeds and Green Chilies. This can be stored for three days without refrigeration.
Time Required: 10 Minutes
¼ Cup Sesame Seeds/Yellu/Til
5 – 6 Green Chilies
1 tsp Tamarind Pulp
Salt to taste
Roast Sesame Seeds. Heat Oil and add Green Chilies and close the lid. When the Chilies start turning white remove and add to the Sesame Seeds.
Grind Sesame Seeds, Green Chilies, Tamarind, Salt to a paste. Remove and add the remaining Oil and mix well.
Serve Yellu Hasimenasinakayi Chutney with Chapathi or Roti.
