Lauki Dal

Ingredients:
2 Cups Lauki/Sorekayi/Bottlegourd, Chopped 
1 Cup Channa Dal/Bengal Gram
1 Big Tomato, Chopped 
1 Onion, Chopped 
1 – 2 tsp Chili Powder
1tbsp Oil
1tsp Jeera/Cumin Seeds
A pinch of Turmeric Powder
Salt to taste

Namdroling Monastery
