1tbsp Mint Chutney
1tbsp Mustard
1tbsp Tomato Ketchup
Few Cucumbers and Tomato Roundels
Few Lettuce leaves
One Potato boiled and cut into Roundels
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 Cheese Slice or Grated Cheese
Shredded Cabbage and Beetroot for garnishing

Rice prepared using whole spices and Tomato puree

1 Cup Tomato Puree
2 – 3 Bay Leaves
3 – 4 Cloves
3 – 4 Cardamoms
1tsp Jeera/Cumin Seeds
2 Onions

Split Black Gram flour mixed with Curds and seasoning. This is eaten mixed with plain Rice.
Time Required: 5 Minutes
Ingredients:
2tbsp Urad Dal/Split black gram powder/uddina hittu
1 Cup Curds
1 Green Chili
Few Curry leaves
1tbsp Coriander leaves

Deep fried bottle gourd balls in gravy

500 gms Doodhi/Bottle Gourd, Grated
2tbsp Oil
Oil for deep-frying
2 tbsp Besan/Gram Flour
1 Big Onion, Chopped
1tsp Jeera Powder

3 – 4 Garlic Pods, Chopped
