Apple Date Nut Halwa is pudding prepared using Semolina, Apple and Nuts.

1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Suji/Rawa/Semolina
1 Cup Ghee/Clarified Butter
Few Almonds, Soaked Peeled and Chopped
Few Cashew nuts, Chopped
A pinch of Cardamom Powder
½ Cup Kharjur/Dates, De-seeded and Chopped
½ Cup Apples, Chopped and Peeled
1¼ Cups Water
In a pan heat a teaspoon of Ghee and fry Almond and Cashew nuts until they turn pink. Keep it aside.
Heat Ghee in a kadai (Indian wok), add Rawa and fry until it gives out an aroma.
Boil water simultaneously in another pan. Add boiled water to the Rawa and mix well.
Close with a lid and cook for 2 minutes.
Remove the lid from the kadai and add Sugar, Kharjur, and Apple and mix well.
Add Cardamom Powder, Almond, and Cashew nuts, mix everything together.
Serve hot Apple Date Nut Halwa.
