2 Cup Shredded Chinese Cabbage
1/2 Cup Yellow Zucchini
10 Cherry Tomatoes, sliced into two
1 Onion, Chopped finely
1 1/2 tbsp Vinegar
1 – 2 Green Chili, Chopped finely
10 half inch Tofu pieces (Optional)
1tbsp Grated Ginger
Salt to taste
