Salad with Grapes is refreshing during summer and a healthy snacking option.
2 tbsp Olive oil
1 tbsp Vinegar or Lemon Juice
2 tsp minced shallots or Onions
1/2 tsp minced Garlic
1/4 tsp freshly ground black Pepper
4 Cups Lettuce
1 Cup halved Grapes
1/3 Cup toasted, coarsely chopped Almonds
1/4 Cup Crumbled Cheese
1/4 Cup Grape juice
Salt to taste
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Toss gently. Chill for half an hour.
Remove to a serving dish and serve.
