Indian bread stuffed with Sweet Potatoes and spices.
Time Required: 30 Minutes
2 Cups Wheat Flour
Oil for roasting
Salt to taste
Mix flour with Salt and bind to a dough. The dough should be neither too soft nor too tough. Divide into balls.
Cut big pieces of Sweet Potatoes, cook along with Jaggery until soft. Peel and mash the Sweet Potatoes. Add Chili Powder, Jeera Powder, and Salt and mix well.
Flatten each dough ball and stuff with a ball of Sweet Potatoes mixture and close it.
Roll each ball on a floured surface into a concentric circle and roast on both sides with Oil.
Remove to a serving dish.
