Tender coconut pudding is a delightful ending to a dinner.
Time Required: 20 Minutes + Cooling time
5 gms Agar Agar / China Grass
½ Cup Condensed Milk
¾ Cup Water
2tbsp Sugar or as per taste
1 Cup Tender coconut water
½ Cup Tender coconut flesh
Soak Agar Agar in ½ cup water for half an hour.
Cook Agar Agar on a double boiler until it dissolves.
Heat ¼ Cup water, condensed milk, and sugar until sugar dissolves.
Pour Milk mixture into Agar Agar and seive.
Add coconut water and coconut flesh to it and allow it to cool.
Set it in a fridge for an hour.
