Rajgiri Dosa is prepared using Rajgiri (Amarnath/Dantina soppu seeds) flour and potatoes. The dosas turn out very soft but crisp on the outside.
Time required: 15 minutes
1 Cup Rajgiri Flour
1 Potato, peeled and grated
2 Green Chilies, chopped finely
Few sprigs Coriander leaves, chopped finely
1 tsp Jeera / Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Sesame Seeds
Oil for roasting
Salt to taste
Add all ingredients except for Oil in a mixing bowl.
Add water and make into a thick dosa batter.
Heat a flat pan and pour a ladle of batter and spread thinly in a concentric circle. Sprinkle some Oil and roast.
Flip the dosa and cook for few seconds.
