Dosa prepared with South Karnataka’s favorite winter flat beans!
Time Required: 20 Minutes + time to prepare dosa batter
3 Cups Dosa Batter
1 Cup boiled Avarekalu
1 Green Chili, Chopped finely
Few sprigs of Coriander, Chopped finely
Few Curry leaves, Chopped finely
1 tbsp Chutney Powder
Oil for roasting
Salt to taste
Mix Dosa Batter, Avarekalu, Green Chili, Coriander and Curry leaves. Add Salt and mix well.
Heat a dosa pan and drop a spoonful of batter and using hands make into a small circle. After few seconds, add Oil and sprinkle chutney powder over it.
After a minute, flip and roast for 30 seconds and serve hot with chutney.
