Dal Raitha is cooked lentils in curds. Tastes good with Indian bread.
Time Required: 15 minutes
2 Cup cooked Tuvar dal/Togaribele/Red gram split
2 Cups Curds/Yoghurt
1 small Onion, Chopped finely
2 tbsp Coriander Leaves. Chopped finely
2 Green Chilies, Chopped finely
Few Curry leaves
2 tsp Oil
½ tsp Mustard Seeds
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt to taste
In a mixing bowl mix Tuvar dal, Curds, Onion, Coriander leaves, Green Chilies and Salt. Heat Oil and add Mustard Seeds and when it splutters, add Turmeric powder.
