Time Required: 15 Minutes
2 Ripe Bananas
½ Cup Grated Jaggery
½ Cup Grated fresh Coconut
½ tsp Cardamom Powder
Cut the Bananas into roundels or small pieces and remove to a mixing bowl. Add the other ingredients and mix well.
Remove to a serving dish and optionally chill for half an hour before serving.
The Rasayana used to be distributed to people in a take-away cups made of dried Plantain leaf known as Donne.
