Quinoa Buddha Bowl is a bowl teeming with fibre and protein. Various tastes and textures form this bowl to satiate the soul.
Ingredients:
1 Cup Cooked Quinoa with Salt
1 Cup Purple Cabbage, sliced and sautéed with Chilies
1 Cup Chik Peas, boiled with salt and pepper
1 Cucumber, sliced
2 tbsp Pickled Jalapeno
A small block of Feta Cheese or Paneer, (optional to grill)
Few Baby Spinach leaves
Basil leaves to Garnish.
Method:
Bring them all together in two bowls. Season with Salt, Pepper, Lemon Juice if needed.
Garnish with Basil leaves and serve.
