Paneer Patties are prepared using Cottage Cheese.

1 Cup Paneer / Cottage Cheese, Crumbled
1 Onion, Chopped finely
1 Potato, Boiled, Peeled, and Mashed
1 tsp Chili Powder
1/2 tsp Aamchur Powder / Dry Mango Powder
2 tbsp Chopped Coriander leaves
1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
Salt to taste
Mix all the ingredients together except for Bread Crumbs.
Shape into patties. Coat with Bread Crumbs.
Shallow fry on both sides.
Serve Paneer Patties with Tomato Ketchup or your choice of Chutney.
