Paneer Patties are prepared using Cottage Cheese. The crispy texture on the outside and spiced and crumbled Paneer when you dig in is the right snack to have in the evenings.

1 Cup Paneer / Cottage Cheese, Crumbled
1 Onion, Chopped finely
1 Potato, Boiled, Peeled, and Mashed
1 tsp Chili Powder
1/2 tsp Aamchur Powder / Dry Mango Powder
2 tbsp Chopped Coriander leaves
1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
Salt to taste
Mix all the ingredients together except for Bread Crumbs.
Shape into patties. Coat with Bread Crumbs.
Shallow fry on both sides.
Remove on a kitchen towel. Arrange Paneer Patties in a serving tray with salad.
Serve hot Paneer Patties with Tomato Ketchup or your choice of Chutney.
