Aloo Sev Dahi Puri is a sweet and tangy snack prepared using Potatoes, Yoghurt and flat round crisps.

6 Puffed Poori/small deep fried puffed bread
1/2 Cup Boiled Alu / Potatoes
1 Cup Curds/Yoghurt
1tsp Chili Powder
1tsp Roasted Jeera Powder
1tsp Chaat Masala
1 tsp Green Chili Chutney
1 tbsp Sweet Chutney
1/2 Cup Nylon Sev/Crispies
Few sprigs Coriander leaves, chopped finely
1 Onion, Chopped finely
Salt to taste
Mix Curds with Sugar and Salt and keep aside.
Chop or mash Alu and add Jeera powder, Chili powder, Salt, and Chat Masala. Mix well and keep aside.
Break the top portion of the Poori for filling. Arrange the Poories in a plate. Fill each one with Aloo. Add little Sweet Chutney over each of the Poori, add Chili powder or Green Chili chutney over the Pooris, add little Onion over each of the Pooris.
Pour Curds over the stuffed Poories and sprinkle lots of sev over it. Garnish with Coriander leaves and Chili Powder and serve Aloo Sev Dahi Puri immediately.
