Methi Paratha is a type of Indian bread prepared with Fenugreek leaves. This paratha is very good to pack while traveling. It stays fresh for 2 to 3 days and as it contains spices, you just need some Yogurt to go with it.
Time Required: 25 minutes
5 Cups Wheat Flour
2 Cups Fenugreek Leaves
½ Cup Coriander Leaves
1 Cup Curds/Yoghurt
1tbsp Green Chili Paste or Red Chili powder
1tsp Turmeric Powder
1tbsp Roasted Jeera/Cumin Powder
Oil for roasting
Salt to taste
Chop Fenugreek and Coriander leaves finely. Mix all the ingredients together. Divide into balls and on a floured surface roll into discs and roast sprinkling little oil on both sides. Serve hot with curds and pickle.
