Srikhand with Fruits and Ice Cream is a great way to relish Shrikhand. Shrikhand is a kind of sweetened Greek Yoghurt.
Time required: 10 minutes
1 Cup Shrikhand
1/2 Cup sliced fruits like Mango or Apple or Seedless Grapes or Banana
A big scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream or Almond and Kesar Ice Cream
Few dry fruits like Pistachios or Almonds
Take a tall glass. Using a piper, pipe in the Srikhand. Over this add fruits and top it with Ice Cream. Garnish with dry fruits.
