Chutney prepared using blanched tomatoes.
Time Required: 10 Minutes
4 Ripe Tomatoes
4 Green Chilies
½ Cup Chopped Coriander leaves
½ tsp Roasted Jeera/Cumin Powder
½ tsp Kala Namak/Black Salt
1 tsp Sugar (Optional)
Salt to taste
Blanch whole Tomatoes and peel them.
Either chop them or grind in a blender. Remove to a mixing bowl. Clean and finely chop Coriander leaves. Chop Green Chilies finely. Add Coriander leaves, Jeera Powder, Green Chilies, Jeera Powder, Black Salt, Sugar, and Salt to the Tomatoes and mix well. Remove to serving bowl.
Serve Tomato Chutney with Phulka or Paratha.
