25 to 30 Jackfruit Seeds
Few Curry leaves
3 to 4 Green chilies
1 big Onion, diced
2 cups Rice soak for 4 hours
1/2 Cup fresh grated Coconut
1″ Ginger, diced
Oil for roasting
Salt to taste
Remove the outer layer of the seeds and crush each one.
Combine seeds, curry leaves, green chilies, onion, rice, coconut, ginger, and salt and blend to a batter.
Ensure that the consistency of the batter is like any other dosa batter.
Grease a flat pan and pour a spoonful of batter and spread in a concentric circle.
Sprinkle some oil and close the dosa with a lid.
Open the lid and flip the dosa. Cook for few seconds.
Remove to a serving dish.
Serve hot Jackfruit Seeds Dosa with a dollop of Butter and Chutney.
If you serve this dosa with Alu palya, then you can call it Jackfruit Seeds Masala Dosa.
