Paneer Kali Mirch is a side dish where Cottage Cheese cubes are cooked in Cashew and Cream gravy.

1 Bowl Paneer Cubes
4 – 5 Green Chilies
3 – 4 Garlic Pods
Few Peppercorns, crushed or powdered
Half cup Cream
2tbsp Cashew nut powder
1tsp Garam Masala Powder
Salt to taste
Grind Onion to a paste. Grind Ginger, Garlic, and Green Chilies to a paste.
Heat Oil, add Onion paste, Ginger-Garlic-Chilies paste and saute until the moisture evaporates.
Add Cream and Cashew nut powder.
Mix well. Add Pepper and mix well.
Add Garam Masala Powder and mix well.
Add Paneer cubes and mix gently and let it simmer for a minute.
Serve hot with plain rice or Indian Bread.
