Moong Dal Dill Subzi is prepared using Dill and Split Green Gram. This dish is full of vitamins and protein.
Time required: 15 Minutes
1 Cup Moong Dal / Hesarubele / Split Green Gram
1 bunch Dill leaves, cleaned and chopped
2 – 5 Green Chilies Slit
1 tsp Oil
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
Juice of half Lemon
Salt to taste
Heat Oil, add Mustard Seeds, when they splutter, add Turmeric Powder and Green Chilies. Add Moong Dal and Dill. Add 1 Cup water and cook until tender. Add Lemon juice and mix well.
Serve hot with your choice of Indian Bread.
