Raghobdas Laddoo

Diwali festival is a great time to prepare and enjoy sweet dishes.  The recipe for today is a sweet dish prepared using Gram flour and Semolina.

Raghobdas Laddoo

Ingredients:
1 Cup Chiroti Rawa / Fine Semolina
½ Cup Gram Flour
½ Cup fresh Coconut
½ Cup Ghee / Clarified Butter
1 Cup Sugar Powder
2tbsp Chopped nuts fried in a tsp of Ghee (Badam, Pistachios, Cashew nuts)

Method:
Heat 3tsp Ghee and fry Rawa and fresh Coconut until an aroma arises. Remove and keep aside.

Heat the remaining Ghee and fry Gram flour. Again fry until an aroma arises.

Add nuts and Rawa to the Gram Flour mixture. Remove from heat and let it cool.

Add Sugar and mix well.

Tie into balls and arrange in a tray.
