Herbs used in Italian Cuisine

The flavors and aroma of Italian Cuisine are derived from the use of herbs. An Italian recipe calls out for at least one herb. Fresh herbs in the dish give the preferred aroma and in the absence of fresh herbs, dry herbs can be used.

Herb Pots

You can easily grow herbs in pots and pan. I have a collection of herbs growing in my balcony. Wrap fresh herbs in a damp cloth and put them in a plastic bag and store in the refrigerator.

My sister will be traveling to Italy this summer and I have asked her to get all varieties of dried herbs that she can find. For travelers, low cost car hire in Italy is a boon to spin to every nook and corner of the country, tasting wine, cheese, and Italian cuisine with herbs.

Car hire in Italy gives you the flexibility of exploring remote regions and getting the satisfaction of money being well spent.  What more can travelers ask for than a fully serviced, well-maintained car hire in Italy to take away great memories of the explorations.
