Jowar Bhajji

Crispy fritters prepared using Sorghum flour. An ideal evening snack with hot tea or coffee.
Time Required: 25 Minutes
Makes: 18
Ingredients:
1 Cup Jowar Flour
¼ Cup Besan
2 Spoons Maida
2 Spoons Rava
2 Onions, Chopped finely
1tbsp Chili Powder
¼ Cup Coriander Leaves
¼ tsp Hing/Asafoetida
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
1tsp Yellu/Til/Sesame Seeds
1tbsp Oil
Salt to taste
Method:
Mix everything together and keep aside for 15 minutes. Add water if required and bind to a dough. Divide into balls, grease your palm and flatten each ball your palm and deep fry on low flame. Remove on a kitchen towel. Serve with Ketchup or Chutney.
