  1. I am very happy about the recepes in ur site. I have tried many items and found them to be very tasty.. By the way, last week I tried “Pink Juice”. Making juice of Watermelon and Lime and heating it till the watery liquid evaporates. The remaining juice to be stored in bottle and used whenever needed. I find the taste a little not good. But, no side effects. Pls. enlghten me immediately.

  2. Dear Shanthamma,
I am glad that you are trying out recipes from itslife.in. I feel the best way to enjoy Watermelon is to eat the fruit as is sprinkled with little chaat masala or crush to extract juice. When you try to heat watermelon it loses its flavor to a great extent….but you can try out watermelon soup http://www.itslife.in/2007/06/watermelon-soup and watermelon juice http://www.itslife.in/2009/04/watermelon-juice.
    Regards,
    Nirupama
