Spicy Sindhi Pakora

Spicy Vegetable crisp savory.  This is favorite among North Indians as a evening snack with Garam Garam Chai/Hot Tea.

Time Required: 25 Minutes
Serves: 4

Spicy Sindhi Pakora

Ingredients:
½ Cup Cabbage, Chopped finely
½ Cup Cauliflower, Chopped finely
¼ Cup Onion, Chopped finely
4 Green Chilies, Chopped
¼ Cup Coriander Leaves, Chopped
1 Big Carrot, Grated
½ tsp Pomegranate Seeds, Crushed
1tsp Red Chili Powder
¾  Cup Gram Flour
Oil for deep-frying
Salt to taste

Method:
Mix all the vegetables, chili powder, Salt , Green Chilies and Coriander leaves in a mixing bowl.  Now add Gram flour little by little and keep mixing.  Sprinkle some water just enough to shape the mixture into balls.

Spicy Pakora

Make into oblong balls.  Heat Oil in a kadai and deep fry them. Remove them on a kitchen towel.  Serve hot with Coriander chutney and Tomato Ketchup.
