Everyone loves potatoes fried in Oil and this is another favorite tossed in aromatic herbs.
Time Required: 20 Minutes
Oil for deep-frying
1tbsp Wheat Flour
2tbsp Corn Flour
1tbsp of Assorted dry or fresh Herbs
Salt to taste
Peel Potatoes and chop them into thick long pieces. Smear the pieces with a mixture of wheat, corn and salt. Deep fry the pieces until they turn golden. Remove on kitchen towel. Toss them with herbs and serve hot with any sauce or chutney of your choice.
