Cabbage Pakoda are crispy cabbage fritters and the plates are sure to be wiped clean when served as a starter in parties.
Time Required: 25 Minutes
1 Cup Besan/Kadale hittu
1/2 cup Rice flour
1/2 cup Chiroti Rawa/fine Semolina
1 Cup Cabbage, Chopped finely
1 tbsp Chili Powder
A pinch of Cooking Soda
Oil for deep frying
Salt to taste
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Sprinkle water and mix well. Ensure that the batter is not watery.
Heat Oil and drop balls of batter into it and deep fry till crisp and brown. Serve hot with your choice of Chutney or Sauce.
