Few Curry leaves, chopped finely
4 to 5 tbsp Kadalehittu/Gram Flour/Besan

Add Gram Flour and Rice Flour little by little to the Bhindi mixture.

Now make small balls of the Bhindi mixture, flatten them and deep fry till golden brown.
Remove the Bhindi Pakoda on a kitchen towel.
Serve hot Bhindi Pakora with Tomato Ketchup or Sweet/Meethi Chutney.
