I love Chaats and can have it anytime of the day. I conjured up this easy recipe to prepare Chaat using American Sweet Corn.
Time Required: 20 Minutes
1 Cup Sweet Corn
1tsp Chaat Masala Powder
½ or 1tsp Chili Powder
1 Onion, Finely Chopped
1 Fresh Green or Red Chili, Finely Chopped
Juice of ½ Lemon Juice
2 sprigs Coriander leaves, Chopped Finely
Salt to taste
Steam Sweet Corn kernels until soft. In a mixing bowl mix Sweet Corn, Chaat Masala Powder, Onion, Green Chili, Lemon Juice and Salt. Arrange the Papdi on a plate and put a spoonful of the Corn mixture over each of the Papdi.
Sprinkle Chili Powder over them and garnish with Coriander leaves and Sev and serve.
