A tangy tasty snack prepared using Palak Pakoda / Spinach Fritters.

5 Palak Pakoda
2tbsp Boiled Potato diced or boiled Peas/Channa/whole Moong
A pinch of Kala Namak / Black Salt
A pinch of Chili Powder
1tsp Meethi / Sweet Chutney
1tbsp Plain Sev
3tbsp Curds / Yogurt
A pinch of Chaat Masala Powder
A pinch of Roasted Jeera / Cumin Powder
1tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
1tbsp Chopped Onion
1tbsp Chopped Tomato
Salt to taste
Arrange Palak Pakoda in a plate. Arrange potato pieces over it or spread a spoon of Peas/Channa.
Add Onion, Tomatoes layer over it. Sprinkle Kala Namak over it. Beat Yogurt with Salt and spread it over the onion and tomatoes.
Sprinkle Chaat Masala, Chili powder, Jeera, Sev and garnish with Coriander leaves and serve Palak Pakodi Chaat immediately.
