This healthy soup is prepared using White Pumpkin. White Pumpkin is extremely good for balancing the acids in the stomach.
Required Time: 20 Minutes
4 Cups White Pumpkin, cooked and pureed
1 Cup Vegetable Stock
Salt and Pepper to taste
Dilute the thick Pumpkin with Vegetable stock and bring to a boil. Add Salt and Pepper and serve piping hot with an assortment of bread and bread crumbs.
