How about some hot Korean Bean Sprouts Soup to beat the winter cold?!!
Time Required: 25 Minutes
1 Cup Bean Sprouts
1 tsp Chili flakes
1 Red Chili, Sliced
1 Carrot, Peeled and diced
1 Onion, Chopped
2 – 3 pods Garlic, Sliced
1tbsp Soya Sauce
1 or 2 tsp Olive Oil or Sesame Seed Oil
1 tbsp Cornflour (Optional)
1 Spring Onion Scallions, Chopped
1 tbsp Fried Sesame Seeds Powder
Salt to taste
Take water in a vessel and add Carrot, Sprouts, Onion, Chili Flakes, Garlic, and Salt for 5 to 7 minutes.
Add Soya Sauce, Red Chili, and Oil. Let it cook for two minutes.
Add Spring Onion and remove the vessel from heat.
Pour into soup bowls and garnish with Sesame seeds and serve hot.
