Palak Mutter Subzi is prepared using Spinach and Peas. This creamy gravy dish is ideal as an accompaniment with Indian bread.

1 Big Bowl Boiled Mutter / Peas
1 Big Bowl Chopped Palak / Spinach
½ Cup Milk or Cream
2 Cinnamon Sticks
1tsp Jeera / Cumin Seeds
1tbsp Coriander Powder
1tsp Garam Masala
1tbsp Chili – Ginger Paste
1tbsp Gram Flour / Besan mixed in 3tbsp water
Salt to taste
Heat Oil, add Cinnamon, Cloves, and Jeera.
Add Chili – Ginger paste and stir.
Add Spinach and stir for a minute.
Add Cream, Coriander Powder, and Garam Masala and mix well.
Add Peas and mix well. Add half cup water.
Add Gram Flour mixture and mix well. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
Remove to a serving dish and serve hot with Indian Bread.
