Stir fried Baby Corn with spices. A very easy and quick to make recipe.
Time Required: 15 Minutes
8 Baby Corn, cut into medium sized pieces
2 Onions, Chopped finely
2 Tomatoes, Chopped finely
3 Green Chilies, Chopped finely
1” Ginger, Juliennes
½ tsp Cumin Seeds
½ tsp Coriander Seeds
½ tsp Garam Masala Powder
½ tsp Chili Powder
Oil for Deep frying
Salt to taste
Heat Oil and deep fry the baby corn till brown or steam baby corn if you are calorie conscious.
Heat 2tsp Oil and add Coriander and Cumin seeds. Add Onion, Ginger and Green Chilies and stir. Add Tomatoes and Baby Corn. Sauté for a minute. Remove to a serving bowl and garnish with Coriander leaves and Ginger, Juliennes. Serve hot with Indian Bread.
