Guacamole is a Mexican dip/salad prepared using Avocado / Butter Fruit. It is a very healthy and nutritious salad and can be eaten as is or used as a spread on bread or as a dip with Nachos, Potato chips, or any crisp breads.
Time Required: 10 Minutes
1 Avocado / Butter fruit
Juice of 1 Lemon
1 Green Chilies, minced
1 Tomato, Chopped without seeds
1 Onion, Chopped finely
2 Sprigs Coriander leaves, Chopped finely
2 – 3 Garlic, minced
1 tsp Cumin Powder
Salt to taste
Scoop out the Butter fruit into a mixing bowl and lightly mash with the back of a spoon.
Add all the other ingredients and mix well.
Serve with toasted Bread, Nachos, or Chips.
