Spring Onion Cheese Paratha is Indian bread stuffed with Spring Onion and Mozzarella cheese.
Time Required: 20 Minutes
1½ Cups of Wheat Flour
1 Cup Spring Onion Scallions, Chopped finely
1 Cup Grated Mozzarella Cheese
6 Garlic Pods, Chopped finely
1 – 2 tsp Crushed Pepper
Oil for roasting
Salt to taste
Mix Wheat flour with water to a dough, which is neither too soft nor too hard. Divide into balls and keep aside.
Mix Spring Onion, Salt, Garlic and Pepper and keep aside. Roll the dough ball on a floured surface to a concentric circle. Spread the Spring Onion mixture on one half of the circle and spread a layer of Cheese.
Close the stuffing with the other half and seal the edges. Roll it again lightly.
Roast on both sides either using butter or Oil. Serve hot Spring Onion Cheese Paratha with Raitha, Pickle, Chutney or a side dish.
