Cabbage Paratha is an Indian bread stuffed with cabbage. A favorite among North Indians. This is also the best way to make children eat vegetables.
Time Required: 20 Minutes
2 Cups Cabbage
3 Cups Wheat Flour
½ Cup Curds
½ tsp Salt
1tbsp Green Chilies, Finely chopped
1tsp Ginger, Finely chopped
½ Cup Coriander Leaves, Finely chopped
1 Onion, Finely chopped
Butter for frying
Grate Cabbage and mix with all the other ingredients except for butter and knead to a dough. Divide into balls and on a floured surface roll each one to a round shape. Put each one on a Tava/Griddle roast both sides using butter.
Serve hot with curds, pickle or chutney.
