Kesar Badam Pista Milk Shake is a refreshing drink during summer and is also extremely filling. You can serve the glass of drink with a scoop of ice-cream. Children will gulp it down without fuss and their daily nutrients are also met.
Time required: 5 minutes + soaking time
1 tbsp Pistachios soaked in milk
5 – 8 Almonds / Badam soaked and peeled
Few strands of Saffron
Two scoops of ice-cream (optional)
Sugar as required or Stevia (sugar substitute)
2 Glasses of chilled milk
Grind Pistachios, Almonds, and Saffron to a powder. Add Sugar, ice-cream, and half a glass of milk and blend. Mix the rest of the milk and pour into glasses and serve.
