A sweet dish prepared using fresh Coconut. This is very popular in South India and in Kannada Coconut Burfi it is known as Khobbari Mithai.
Time Required: 30 Minutes
1 Cup Fresh Coconut, Grated
¾ Cup Sugar
Dissolve Sugar in water.
Add Milk and again boil for 2 to 3 minutes and sieve the syrup.
Again boil the syrup for 2 minutes on medium flame.
Add Coconut and mix well.
Keep on stirring until the mixture starts leaving the sides of the pan.
Pour the mixture on to greased trays.
Cut into desired shapes and store in airtight jars.
