It’s 2014 Christmas baking time! and this time it is Eggless Vanilla Cup Cake.
Type: Tea cakes
Time Required: 45 Minutes
125 gms Maida
½ tsp Baking Soda
¼ Cup Oil
1tsp Vanilla essence
1tsp Baking Powder
170ml Condensed Milk
80 ml Milk
Pre-heat the oven.
Line the tin with paper cups.
Sieve all the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Mix Milk, Condensed Milk, and Vanilla Essence in a bowl.
Add Maida and Oil to Milk little by little.
Ensure that everything combines together.
Pour into cups.
Bake at 180 degrees for approximately 20 to 25 minutes.
Serve warm with Ice-Cream or Kulfi.
