A favorite among kids as there is no trace of Chilies in this Sweet Lemon Pickle. Perfect when the doctor puts you on no-chili diet.
Time Required: 25 Minutes
Clean and cut the lemons into 8 pieces. Cut Ginger into juliennes. Mix all the ingredients except for Sugar in a mixing bowl. Remove to a clean, dry glass jar and keep it aside for 15 days.
Add Sugar and mix the pickle well.
