Gojjina Pudi is masala powder used to prepare Gojju a type of sweet curry.
Cuisine: Bangalore and Mysore
Time Required: 15 Minutes.
½ Cup Red Chilies
1 Cup Urad Dal/Black Gram split
½ Cup Coriander Seeds
1tsp Methi Seeds
½ Cup Grated Dry Coconut
A pinch of Asafoetida/Hing
1tbsp Sesame Seeds
2 tbsp Oil for frying
Fry the ingredients except for Coconut in Oil separately.
Grind these along with Coconut to a powder. Store in a dry airtight container.
Can i know for how long it can be stored once prepared?If in fridge and if outside of fridge normal storage?
Can be store up to a year without refrigeration. In freezer it will last longer, but will lose its flavor.
