Beetroot Poori is sure to attract attention when served in a party.
Time Required: 30 minutes
1 bowl Wheat Flour
¼ tsp Ajwain, crushed
Oil for deep frying
Salt to taste
Boil Beetroot. Peel and blend to a smooth paste.
In a mixing bowl, mix Beetroot paste, Wheat Flour, 1 tsp Oil, Ajwain, and Salt to a dough. Add water if necessary.
Divide dough into balls and roll them out into concentric circles.
Heat Oil and deep fry.
Remove and serve hot Beetroot Poori with your choice of side dish.
