The South Indian Dosa turned Schezwan this season! Schezwan Dosa is prepared using the Schezwan sauce.
Time required: 10 Minutes + soaking time + fermenting time
For the topping:
1 Cup Chopped Vegetables (Cabbage, Capsicum, Carrot
1 Onion, Sliced
1 tbsp Oil
1 – 2tbsp Schezwan Sauce
1″ Ginger, Sliced
2 Green Chilies, Sliced
2 – 3 Garlic pods, Sliced
1 tsp Soya Sauce
Salt to taste
Heat Oil and add Ginger, Garlic, Green Chilies, and Onion. Saute for a minute.
Add the vegetables and saute for a minute.
Add Schezwan and Soya Sauce and toss.
Heat a flat pan and pour a ladle full of Dosa batter on it and spread it in a concentric circle. Sprinkle a tsp of Oil. Put a tsp of Schezwan sauce and spread it all around the Dosa.
Now spread a spoon of Vegetable mixture over the Dosa.
Cook for a minute. Fold the Dosa and remove to a serving plate.
Serve with your choice of Chutney.
