Dosa Italiano as the name suggests contains Italian ingredients as topping.
Time Required: 20 Minutes
1 Bowl Dosa Batter
Olive Oil for roasting
For the topping:
1 Cup Chopped Capsicum
2 small Onions, Chopped finely
1 Big Tomato, Chopped finely
1 Cup American Sweet Corn Kernel, Boiled
1 Cup Grated Cheese
Few Olives, Chopped
1 tbsp Assorted Dry Herbs
1 tbsp Chili Flakes
Salt to taste
Mix all the ingredients for the topping in a bowl.
Heat a flat pan and pour a ladle full of Dosa batter on it and spread it in a concentric circle.
Add the topping on the Dosa and lightly press the topping using the spatula.
If required, sprinkle more cheese over the topping.
Sprinkle Oil and roast until Cheese starts to melt. Remove and serve Dosa Italiano with Mango Sweet Chutney or Tomato Ketchup.
You can also roast on both sides and serve.
