October 2019 Hints are as follows:
- In case you added more salt to a dish, add diced potatoes and leave it aside for half an hour. The potato will absorb the excess salt. Remove the potato before serving.
- While setting the curd, add a little cornflour paste to the milk. This will ensure that you get thick Curd / Yoghurt.
- Add a tsp of Fenugreek seeds while soaking Rice and Urad dal (Black gram split) for Dosa. The Dosas will have an aroma and the Dosa will become golden brown after roasting.
