Kasoori Methi Paratha

Indian bread prepared using dried Fenugreek leaves.

Time Required: 25 Minutes
Serves: 4

Kasoori Methi Paratha

Ingredients:
2 Cups Wheat Flour
¾ Cup Kasoori Methi / Dried Fenugreek leaves
1tsp Sugar
1 Onion, Chopped finely
4 Green Chilies, Chopped finely
1tsp Jeera / Cumin Powder
1tsp Aamchur / Dry Mango powder
Oil for roasting
Salt to taste

Method:
Mix all the ingredients except for Oil together with water to form a dough.  Divide the dough into lemon sized balls.  Roll each one into a disk on a floured surface.  Roast both sides on a griddle using Oil.  Serve with Onions, Pickles and Raitha of choice.
